We process your data to fulfill our contract with you (providing the application features) and based on our legitimate interest in improving our services. We never sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Sub-processors
Data is stored securely on Firebase (Google Cloud) servers located in the European Union (Belgium/Germany). We use third-party services like Stripe for payment processing, which comply with international security standards.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed from our production databases within 30 days, unless legal obligations require otherwise.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under EU law, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your data, and the right to portability. For any request, contact support@getdraftline.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (like the CNIL).
