Terms of Sale
1. Subscription Plans
DraftLine offers Free, Premium, and Enterprise plans. The specific features, limits, and prices for each plan are detailed on our Pricing page.
2. Pricing & Taxes
Prices are billed in Euros (€). For EU customers, applicable VAT is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and status (B2B or B2C). DraftLine reserves the right to modify prices, but existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
3. Payment & Billing
Payments are handled by Stripe, our secure payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize DraftLine to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel.
4. Cancellation & Access
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (and EU equivalent), by accessing the service immediately after purchase, you expressly request the immediate start of the service and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal.
6. Service Evolution
We constantly improve DraftLine. We reserve the right to modify or remove features to enhance the overall experience, provided it does not substantially reduce the value of your paid plan.
